RevRoof, with wind-vented technology and Infinite R is a proven roofing choice with a Savings to Investment (SIR) of 5-20 times. With 20-50% faster installation and a transferable 30-year No Deductible Limited Warranty, RevRoof is the perfect addition to any commercial building. Using wind vented, PVC single ply roofing membrane technology, RevRoof protects against 150 MPH winds and moisture damage, while Infinite R helps keep internal building temperatures consistent. This combination creates dependable roofs that last at least 10 years longer than traditional roofing systems. Due to pressure differences, the roof membrane breathes and removes existing trapped moisture. This actually restores existing ISO insulation for increased energy savings.

With Existing roof replacements, the cost of a tear-off is expensive; resulting in owners increasing their finished roof cost by 50-100%. Additionally, there are risks as a result of weather, construction debris, and disposal risks. RevRoof, on the other hand, is simply placed on top of the existing roofing. This can be done twice for a sixty-year solution! Since RevRoof incorporates Infinite R, it also includes energy savings of over $.40-.80/sf per year which are currently increasing 3-4% per year. These cost savings increase appraisal value, contribute to LEED and Living Challenge points, and provide for an enhanced investment.

What makes PVC membrane roofing such an effective alternative to TPO (Thermoplastic Polyelfin) membranes? First of all, PVC membranes have 30 years of performance history and are proven to work, while after 20 years TPO membrane manufacturers continue to modify them in an effort to reach acceptable performance levels. PVC membranes are also less risky than TPO membranes since they are watertight, dependable, and flexible due to their dimensional stability and distinct bleed out during seam welding to ensure proper installation. TPO membranes, on the other hand, are stiff, challenging to install, and often unattractive due to sheet wrinkling- all things which PVC membranes avoid. TPO membranes also have a poor performance history with warmer climates and extreme UV conditions, as well as standing water. PVC membranes mitigate these issues with an efficient venting system and additionally, are warranted even with limited standing water. Finally, PVC membranes are also environmentally sustainable, as the membranes can be recycled at the end of their useful life in order to reduce waste.
